Purchase & Shipping Policy

Product Availability & Pricing

At Nox Decor, we aim to provide accurate product details and a seamless ordering experience. The following terms apply to all purchases:

  • Product availability is not guaranteed. Nox Decor reserves the right to update, discontinue, or withdraw any product at any time without notice.
  • Pricing and delivery rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address and applied in accordance with local regulations.
  • Nox Decor reserves the right to correct any errors, cancel or limit any order, and update order information as needed—including after an order has been submitted.

Shipping Journey

Orders ship in a single shipment, with an estimated timeline provided at checkout. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will reach out to you to schedule delivery (for large items). UPS or small parcel shipments follow standard tracking.

Processing & Delivery

  • Warehouse Processing: In-stock orders are carefully prepared within 1–4 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once in transit, most deliveries arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.

Delivery Service Levels

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered to the first dry area (porch, garage, or lobby). Assembly not included.
  • Room of Choice: Delivery to one room of your choice. Unboxing not included.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes in-home delivery, light assembly, and removal of large packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

At Nox Decor, we believe in the permanence of great design. If a selection does not perfectly harmonize with your sanctuary, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your experience is as seamless as our silhouettes.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend initiating your request as soon as you have inspected your pieces.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, "like-new" condition:

  • Pristine State: Items must be unused, uninstalled (no cut or clipped wires), and unmodified.
  • Original Packaging: Merchandise must be in its original box with all internal protective packaging materials intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, custom-made orders, and individual replacement parts (including light bulbs and shades) are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be pre-approved by our team to be processed.

  • Request Authorization: Email us at Hello@noxdecor.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and the specific warehouse address for the shipment.
  • Shipping Warning: Returns sent without an RGA or to the incorrect facility may result in a delayed or forfeited refund.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Elective Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Nox Decor is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.
  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our workshop, it will undergo a quality inspection (typically within 3–5 business days).
  • Credit: Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take your financial institution 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. Please notify us at Hello@noxdecor.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage so we can expedite a replacement.
